Step 1: Go to your Profile Page and click Add a new channel. A popup will appear.
Step 2: Choose a name for this channel (e.g. "Outlook" or your email address) and pick a color.
Step 3: In Email Settings, enter your Outlook address and select Outlook as the provider.
Step 4: A Server Settings section appears with Outlook's SMTP settings already pre-filled — leave these unchanged.
Step 5: In Login Settings, enter your Outlook address and an app password (see below).
Step 6: Click Save Channel. If the popup closes, your credentials were verified successfully.
Creating a Microsoft app password
- Go to Microsoft Account Security
- Enable two-factor authentication if not already active
- Go to Advanced security options > App passwords > Create app password
- Copy the generated password and paste it into Recurrr
App passwords are safer than your regular password because they can be revoked at any time and only grant email-sending access.
